  Peter B. Selover

Peter B. Selover, BS, MIBS
Chief Executive Officer

Peter (“Pete”) leads the Exubrion team with 25 years of experience in human and animal health, having served as VP, Corporate Development & Strategy for Merial Ltd. and as Principal at Oriole Advisors, a consulting and venture firm that provides strategy and product and business development advice to new and growing animal health businesses.

He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina.

Some of Pete’s favorite pets have included Muffett, a loveable collie mix, and Motorola, a friendly tabby cat.

Arnald Capriles

Arnald Capriles
Chief Financial Officer

Arnald is the head of finance at Exubrion Therapeutics. Arnald comes to us from Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health where he was most recently the Head of Finance for the Strategic Business Units based in their corporate headquarters in Ingelheim, Germany. Arnald has been in animal health finance for the past 20+ years. He began at Merial Ltd, and then continued at Boehringer Ingelheim after the two companies merged. He has held a series of leadership positions in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Evaluation and Financial Controlling for different business units.

Arnald holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, and an MBA from Boston University.

Martin P. Manco

Martin P. Manco, BS, MBA, JD
General Counsel

Martin (“Marty”) managed the legal aspects of founding Exubrion. Along with the Chief Veterinary Officer, he was involved in the business aspects of the canine clinical trial program and managed the financial and legal affairs of the company and Serene LLC, its parent.

Marty has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, and a JD from Widener University School of Law.

In addition, Marty is licensed to practice law in and has a Post-Masters Certificate in Management Information.

Nigel Stevenson

Nigel Stevenson, BSc, PhD
Chief Operating Officer

Nigel works as the operations lead at Exubrion and brings a long history in physics, nuclear physics, and radioisotope research and development to the role. Nigel has held senior positions in several radioisotope manufacturing and research companies in addition to academic roles at National Laboratories. He has over 90 publications and more than 30 patents in this field. He is the Immediate Past President of the World Council on Isotopes.

Nigel holds a BSc in physics and a PhD in nuclear physics from The University of London, U.K.

Nigel is the pet parent of Zoe and Angel, both Pomeranians, his most recent of many beloved dogs.

 Bob Menardi DVM

Bob Menardi, DVM
Chief Veterinary Officer

Robert Menardi DVM, is Chief Veterinary Officer with Exubrion Therapeutics. He leads the company’s comprehensive veterinary technical education and outreach programs, and serves as the subject matter expert for members of the veterinary profession. He frequently consults with clinical and academic veterinarians on the use of radiosynoviorthesis for treatment of osteoarthritis. He also heads the adverse event reporting and pharmacovigilance functions at Exubrion Therapeutics.

Dr. Menardi worked in private clinical practice for 12 years after graduating from Colorado State University in 1990 with his DVM degree. Prior to joining Exubrion, Dr. Menardi served in multiple leadership roles in the animal health industry. Since 2002, his areas of responsibility have included technical marketing, field veterinary services, veterinary operations and professional development, biologics marketing, and pharmacovigilance.

Eric Schreiber

Chief Commercial Officer

Eric heads up marketing, advertising, and sales at Exubrion, bringing 30 years of experience in these disciplines to the team.

He holds a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University and has completed executive education programs at Wharton and Kellogg.

Eric is the pet parent of Xander, an English Labrador retriever.

Anita Jarrard, BS

Anita Jarrard, BS
Director of Administration

Anita leads the organizational functions at Exubrion and brings over 25 years of executive administration experience to the team. Prior to joining Exubrion, she spent 23 years in the big data industry working with top executives at Equifax and LexisNexis.

She holds a BS in business management from the University of Georgia.

Anita is the pet parent of a 6-lb. teacup Yorkie named Trixie, whom she is happy to let rule the home.

Leah Sexton

Inside Sales Specialist

In her role as Inside Sales Specialist, Leah is responsible for a variety of sales and customer support activities.

Leah comes to us with specific experience in veterinary medicine and animal health. She worked as a registered veterinary technician in the Atlanta area for 12 years. Then she moved into sales as an Account Manager at Pure Water Technologies. Most recently, she has been an Account Representative for Davis Manufacturing, a local company that produces and distributes a wide range of veterinary products.

Leah has a 5 year old rescue Pit Bull and two rescue cats.

"I have been fortunate to spend most of my life dedicated to the health and well-being of animals so that they receive the best care possible. Our pets are part of our family, and we are blessed to have them in our lives. Pain management is such a vital part of taking care of them. I am honored to be a part of helping alleviate in the pain that so many pets suffer from."

Timothy Corbin

Tim works as the production manager for Exubrion Therapeutics and brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries to the team.

Tim holds a BS in Biochemistry and Chemistry from the University of Georgia.

Tim is the pet parent to 2 dogs: Hank and Dolly, litter mates that are a Chihuahua mix, as well as a cat: Kixie, a yellow tabby.

“I was taught at an early age that my pets' welfare came first. If I was hungry and thirsty, I fed and watered my pets before I ate or drank. It excites me to know that we are providing pain relief to animals that do not understand their pain.”

My name is Kerrin Venafra and I wanted to introduce myself as your Regional Business Development Manager for Exubrion Therapeutics.

I have held numerous roles throughout my 27-year career working in the animal health industry, from working in animal hospitals to earning a Top Sales Performance award for a national veterinary compounding pharmacy. Most recently, I was consistently a top performer in my role as a veterinary practice acquisition manager for the past 4 years.

I live in Georgia with my husband, Paul, and our 2 rescue dogs Kenzie and Carter. Our household is managed by our two cats, Reggie and Libby.

My name is Greg Taglialateia and I wanted to introduce myself as your Regional Business Development Manager for Exubrion Therapeutics.

I have extensive experience in the animal health industry, including Zoetis and Pumpkin Petcare. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DeSales University and am currently working on my MBA through Eastern University.

I'm the proud pet parent of a Pebbles, a 9-year-old collie mix.

I am looking forward to putting my many years of experience in the animal health industry to work serving our growing family of Synovetin OA® Treatment Centers.

My name is Stacy McIntosh and I wanted to introduce myself as your Regional Business Development Manager for Exubrion Therapeutics.

I bring nearly a decade of experience in the animal health field, including work as a veterinary assistant in emergency and critical care. I hold an undergraduate degree in Veterinary Sciences from the University of Arizona.

I'm the pet parent of two sphynx cats, Gabby and Beau, and two dogs, Pearson, a yellow lab, and Gucci, a black and tan Pomeranian.

It has always been my passion to care for animals and to assist veterinary staff in helping pet owners keep their beloved pets happy and healthy.

Nicole Yarger Central Region Business Development Manager

Central Region Business Development Manager

My name is Nicole Yarger and I wanted to introduce myself as your Regional Business Development Manager for Exubrion Therapeutics.

I bring more than a decade of experience in medical and animal health sales, in everything from diagnostics to specialty pharmaceuticals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Geology and pursued graduate studies in geochemistry at the University of Cincinnati.

I’m also a pet parent of two very busy pups, Crosley and Lucky.

My passion is in animal health, where I love partnering with veterinarians and their teams to bring novel therapeutics to the veterinary industry in order to improve the lives of pets.
